The Centre on Social protection launches its new bulletin.

The Centre on Social Protection launched the june edition of its bulletin. The publication highlights Brazil and East Timor South- South Cooperation project on social protection. This project was signed in June 2010 and renewed in September 2011. Until December 2012 it will ensure various activities, namely technical assistance, the analysis of the Brazilian social security system and capacity building of East Timor institutions.

This project was signed in June 2010 and renewed in September 2011. Until December 2012 it will ensure various activities, namely technical assistance, the analysis of the Brazilian social security system and capacity building of East Timor institutions.

The activities developed so far under the project include supporting the formulation of the national law on social security and the design of the social security system in the country.

The bulletin also features Angola’s successful case on capacity building on entrepreneurship for young people. Ten thousand young Angolans will be trained over the next four years on issues related to entrepreneurship, in an action organized by the National Institute of Social Security Institute (INSS) of Angola.
